Diana Pogson - Managing Director
Diana is a business professional with over 20 years' experience as a director and senior manager across a range of public and private sector organisations including the South East England Partnership Board (formerly the Regional Assembly), BBC TV and World Service Radio, Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate and Skipton Building Society.
Diana has considerable experience of strategic leadership and change management. In her most recent corporate role, as Interim Managing Director of the South East England Partnership Board, she led the staff through a particularly challenging period of change and managed the transition process from Regional Assembly to Partnership Board.
As a qualified accountant (FCCA), Diana has a thorough knowledge of financial planning, resource management and managing annual budgets of up to £40m. She is an experienced Company Secretary. Diana also has experience of resolving complex HR issues, particularly in public sector organisations undergoing restructures and major cultural change.
Diana has a reputation as an excellent strategic thinker, skilled at challenging existing practice and finding creative solutions to problems. She can be relied upon to deliver results to deadlines. She is experienced at managing complex projects and has recently qualified as a PRINCE2 practitioner.
Known for her strong interpersonal and communications skills, Diana has proved her ability to build successful working relationships across a wide range of cultural environments in the UK and overseas.
Diana is a member of the Institute of Directors and an Associate with SOLACE Enterprises.
